Kristine has been practicing massage since 2015 after graduating from a 2200 hour program at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She has worked in spa and clinical settings which has evolved her treatments into a combination of both experiences. Kristine believes in the bodys amazing ability to heal itself and assists in the healing process with techniques designed to stimulate and soothe troublesome tissue. She is also offering suction cupping, hotstone and applied reflexology add-ons for some variance to the traditional hands on approach.
Her treatment space is clear of distractions to create a clean atmosphere with music that helps balance and reconnect the mind with the body. She encourages open communication during the treatment to fully understand your needs. Not all treatments need to be in complete silence and conversation is welcomed.
Kristine was raised in BC, lived in Quebec, studied in Nova Scotia, practiced in Alberta, and during the pandemic set out to become a Picker helping farmers harvest their crops. She is a wanderer by nature and excited to experience what the north has to offer from natural phenomena, community spirit and polar bears.
